Africa has over 12 million AIDS orphans

25 million people have died of AIDS since 1981 and people under the age of 21 account for half of all new HIV infections worldwide.

In developing and transitional countries, 7.1 million people are in immediate need of life-saving AIDS drugs; of these, only 2.015 million (28%) are receiving the drugs.

one-third of the world is well-fed, one third is under-fed and one-third is starving. Every 3.6 seconds someone in the world dies of hunger. Every year 15 million children die of hunger.

In Asian, African and Latin American countries over 500 million people are living in absolute poverty.

One person commits suicide every 40 seconds. Suicide rates have increased dramatically within the last two decades. In 2007 the rate of teenage suicide is higher then it had ever been.

The statistics are scary but Gods love is ever present. You can make a difference in somebody`s life. You can save one person from hunger, homelessness, loneliness, just by showing them Gods love! I encourage you today to go Beyond your comfort zone, go Beyond what`s expected of you, go Beyond your fears and most of all go Beyond The Call!
